I am encouraged to take lunch but its awkward going off by myself when others continue to work. It's a small business so your absence is noticed. Maybe its better in a larger company but I hate clocking out for lunch and walking by others who decide to take lunch at a different time.
Much breaks are encouraged unless there is a looming deadline that day. In the latter lunch is provided and delivered.
I dont feel pressured to do so, but I often do. Then other times, i'll have a 3 hour lunch - all swings and roundabouts.
Encouraged - I like to eat lunch with piers- find it helps build or strengthen relationship

Encouraged to take lunch breaks. Rarely ever feeling like I have to work through lunch if I don't want to.
Depends on the project. I’m in a managerial position so I make my own hours for the most part. I do, however, sometimes feel this pressure more clearly from our client (we’ll get ambushed by emergency deadlines) rather than my employers.
45 minutes for lunch, no work during, every day- I've never felt like I needed to work through lunch.
This depends on how the day is flowing. If we are pretty busy, I feel pressured to work through lunch, but if our day is slightly slower, I will take a regular lunch.
