Coordinating team meetings (when team is global) in a fair manner so one person is not being inconvenienced concerning the time of the meetings
Not everyone works at the same pace- some drag their feet.
Having to deal with people who are irritating and have very different ideas than mine.

Opinion pushers, only wanting to be right instead of what is right for the team and the company
People who don't know the importance of clear, frequent communication.
Incompetent colleagues who won’t take responsibility to learn and grow. You see them shunning opportunities presenting a challenge.
Different levels of effort.
they tend to follow, no leading
People who don't explain themselves or assume they have the only correct answer. Thats not a team, thats a dictator and robots completing the work.
