My advice would be to maybe re-phrase the question. I don't quite understand what you're saying or the answer you're hoping to elicit.

I am guessing at the real question but believe the answer is; all business's conceptualize and implement policies aimed at inclusion and respect. In the environments we transit in this day and age statements must be so broad, ambiguous and non-threatening that they rarely have teeth rather they are a statement of moral position and philosophy that entities hope are embraced. They also may be simple lip service designed to placate one or more sources of pressure.

This question is not well-worded, so I do not understand what it is asking. It also contains two typos.

Take that as an opportunity to provide your input and state that you think "mutual respect" should be a part of these values. These programs are developed in most cases due to past issues and they want to define a set of core values. This is not an easy task by any means and the best way to achieve this is by polling the workforce. You may have missed that "polling period" but there is always opportunity to provide valuable input for the program.
