Not at all, there is the old saying "Work Smart Not Hard..." and some can work hard & do their best and get nothing but more work piled on, while (certain chosen) others can slack off, do very little & just complain about others & get treated like gold.
no some leaders fear you so they will not help you with your goals.
yes but u cant force it good thigs comes to those who wait
Nope! Work smart, not hard!
No it does not. There are lots of cultural and office politics that come into play when "results" are being evaluated. You may outperform others but if you're not in the majority or within the popular crowd--hard work will not necessarily equate to advancement.
No. Hard work looks differently for different people. Results totally depend on how someone approaches a task, the outcome of each task/cumulative results, and how it is received by someone.
Hard work is one of the factors not necessary an ultimate result measuring tool
No, but hard work will produce results if you always give 100% to everything you do
hard work always equal results... which results though is debatable in terms of cost, effectiveness, outcome, etc
Well, yes. But are we talking positive or negative results? There’s a threshold where time or “working hard” can lead to poor results due to fatigue or stress. It essentially can result in weak creative ideas or cloudy thinking, if the working hard goes too far. Balance. There’s has to be balance and time management skills. Knowing when to rest the mind and recharge. This will allow you to come back to the work refreshed and able to make effective choices, gaining positive results.
