Depends on the company and it's mission, hard to evaluate when it's mission seems to be, make as much money as possible for the owners, CEO's & stockholders while screwing the workers. Hard to get behind or feel motivated when the people treated the best (covered for & protected) are the least working, lying, backstabbing, rumor spreading, threatening, racists, bigots & spreaders of hate speech.

It depends. If you need the job that should be your motivation instead of the company mission. If the mission is important seek for another job. If the mission is critical, create your own company.

If you don't believe in your company's mission, find out why. Only option I would say the only fix would be to leave.
