    No changes. Always disrespect men and women equally at work.

    No, I have always valued women in my field of work. I think it's very important to have another perspective especially in a Male dominated field.

    Yes, in that I feel more comfortable calling out those around me on their sexist behaviors, but there is still a lot of pressure to "just let it go".

    No - I have always treated men and women respectfully. I taught my kids 20 or more years ago that "playfully" hitting others was not okay. I taught them that calling others slam names, etc. was not okay. I have never treated someone in a way that would result in someone else qualifying as a "#metoo" victim

    No. I didn't need to since I already treated people respectfully and professionally.
