Deep breathing, meditation, therapy. You will always have "that" boss or "that" co-worker no matter where you go.
Nose and eyes are covered and only the mind expose the advantages which is inherent in the toxic environment
Continue to be focused on your job duties, sharing information as needed, communicating across all levels of the organization as needed.
by knowing you have a plan in place to leave the toxic atmosphere.
Very difficult actually; only way seems to bring issue up to HR and if things do not improve then leaving the company is the best option
Success is based on personal drive, developing good relationships, and leveraging your activity and relationships to produce results. The team is available to support you, challenge you, and build you up. Focus, determination, and the desire to win comes from within. Make your own destiny and don't allow anything to distract you or get in the way of your success.
A toxic workplace is a bad place to be. If you must stay and can't or won't leave, take each day and hour with a plan and purpose to do what is right, moral, and in the companies best interest. Being a Christian I personally start each day in prayer and meditation, praying for my enemies and asking forgiveness from those I have hurt. (We all make mistakes). Reach out to some other employees and have a group that can be supportive of one another, perhaps even trying to change the culture. As a senior manager was was brought in to a situation that was low morale, un-trusting of management etc. I built trust be being available, open, truthful, and leading by example. I counseled "toxic" employees and terminated if behavior was not brought up to standard. No one deserves to be in a toxic workplace and management has a fiduciary responsibility to employees to fix it.
If it is toxic then quit.
Keep your head down, do your job, and keep looking for another opportunity.
The first question you need to answer is why are you willing to stay in a toxic workplace culture? If your reason is strong enough for you to stay, then remind yourself to that every day and remember that your anxiety or depression that comes with such a toxic environment is your choice. Set a deadline for how long you're willing to put up with it and stick to it - this will make it easier to survive. Then, just focus at your work, don't care about what everybody else says: imagine that you're your own boss and you'll be your best self for this period of time. Imagine it as a trial for a trophy at the end. I hope that this helps.
Depends on the type of Toxic workplace. Some you can just keep your head down, disconnect any sense of feeling you have about the work and just trudge through looking for something different.
