    I'm a pretty open person, but it needs to be professional in your conversations about your personal life I mean you can talk about family but I wouldn't talk about all of your partying Etc things that aren't really work or professional

    Hardly any, employers could care less. If they cared, they would ask. Most of them don’t.

    After cultivating a healthy and respectful relationship with your superior it is important that they understand the dynamics of your personal life. For example, if you have a child with special needs that may require periodic medical attention then it is important that your boss understands why you are taking so much time off.

    Depending on each relationship, but I think it best to keep your. personal life limited.

    Personal life is just that,personal. Work life is part & parcel of your "work" existence. Do NOT give out all of your info...let there NOT be full knowledge available to everyone you know...

    You don't have to go into detail but let your employer know that you might be having personal issues. It helps the Manager better understand your behavior and maybe be able to assist like offering PTO to handle it.
