Weeks coming into the group and already thinks themselves as SMEs especially if they are new to the business line.

When they are comfortable entertaining or making racist jokes.
When they pit you against the organization or vice versa. The role of a manager should be to tie your interests and those of the organization and help you both succeed.
How they bring up a negative. Do they belittle? Do they fly off the handle? Do they act like a human error is a personal affront?
Micro Manager
Tells you to do one thing when you finish says I that they said a different way
Being outspoken about their leftist beliefs (serious - it shows their brain is not working/have hormone imbalance)
Poor training plan. If you begin your job and you have no clear training plan, you are being set up to fail, whether they realize it or not. They are not investing in you long term.
