How can I get a good sense of a company's culture before I apply for a job there?

    Ask around. Visit if you can. Read every article you can find about them. Talk to people who already work there. Listen to the talk around town (in my town, there is one place that’s notorious for the manager who micromanages, and another with a very high turnover rate. I wouldn’t apply at either, even if I were desperate for a job)

    Maybe about some video published on their website explain their culture. Normally I try read about the company in 'About us' website menu.

    There really isn't no way figuring out a company culture you just have to apply and accept what is going on in the company trying not to be a part of operate abruption business

    It's a good idea to possibly "chat up" someone at the place you'd like to work. Often you can get good Intel like that.

    This is an impossible task. I have found HR will lie like crazy to get people in the door. I have seen HR people quit over this exact issue.
