    Income. That’s about it. It will take years off your life literally to stay at a job you hate, so unless you get something else lined up, tough it out.

    I don’t think there is one. Money is motivation to me so if I hate a job and don’t have another one lined up. I’ll stay. BUT once I have another job lined up I’m out. Life is too short to not want to get up in the morning.

    It all depends on alternatives. If you can get a job elsewhere that would make you happier, then do it. However, if you are making $_____ but the next best job is for half that, you may be hesitant to jump ship. Don't be afraid about letting the team down by leaving. If you are unhappy, it will ruin your every day by staying.
