I think some companies will try using AI but I think it will fail miserably and they will go back to humans or go out of business.
I think even flexible hours and working remotely will continue to grow. I think the 8-5 work day lines are being blurred. I just do work and life all day. I don't work from 8-5 and home the rest of the time. I do both all the time. My job gives me the flexibility to do so and my family appreciates this and so it is ok if I do work at home also.
It will become even more hostile toward the staff
Smaller because of more automation

It will become more socially friendly, personally accommodating, environmentally responsible, quick pace, fun and technology driven
Workers will have less rights
More striking and atrophy because of low and stagnating wages, more unemployment due to automation, more entrepreneurship because of people tired of workplace politics
