People say things that are racially inappropriate , no one to relate to, many people feel entitled and it makes things uncomfortable. Lack of respect, people treat you as of your not qualified
Being treated as a person with a lesser brain than them. And that whatever experience you had won't matter.
As someone who is a female minority, I feel like this is more about feeling represented in the work place.
Absolutely nothing. Work success is measured by performance not by skin color. This is insulting of you to even ask.
