At the end of the day, when it is time to leave this world, no one will ever sit on their deathbed and say, “I wish I’d spent more time at work.”

Single people are more at risk to developing an unbalanced work life. If their job doesn’t offer well-rounded types of work and opportunity to develop healthy personal relationships, single people could be at risk for overworking or even developing poor communication skills and losing the friendships they do have.

It's hard to be not single if you have no time to meet anyone. If you want to focus on your career, dig in and climb high. But dont forget, you never get younger, and the phrase "there is never a good time to have a kid" is always true.

Work life balance is not only for individuals with families. Work life balance in modern times is difficult to achieve with our 'always connected' lifestyle, however, it's important for everyone to take some time away from work to disconnect and recharge so they will be more productive when they return to work. The most productive employees are those who are well rested, properly focused and driven. Overworked employees generate more errors, are not as focused and are a drain on the overall productivity of the organization. Single or married, maintaining a proper work/life balance is part of being a happy, healthy employee.

Yes! Everyone deserves to live their life to the fullest. Few people find that satisfaction in the job they do and even then a person can only take on so much before hurting themselves by neglecting themselves.
