I don’t know. My mum is 67 and still working, she’s faced discrimination. I imagine it’s tiring.
No difference. As always need to keep up with technology and listen to other points of view.

My mom retired at 69 and to this day she still regrets what she call early retirement, every person is different.
I am nearly 50, and I work in an office where the C-suite is all in their mid- to late-30s and most of the lower level employees are in their mid- to late-20s. Though everyone is polite and respects the skills I was hired for, they often (probably unconsciously) test me to see if what I'm telling them could be improved or disrupted with some young enthusiasm for "thinking outside the box." And I can't tell them that their innovate ideas have been tried before (and failed) because I don't want to look like an Old.
Better than you think they show up for work at least.
Both ways. Where you learn to work at pace and carefully considering all options before decision or easy and with quick decision because they know! Depends who these colleagues/associates are.
Don't know. I am certain age discrimination is rampant although very illegal.
Discrimination and being the target of cost reduction.
