Need to do away with any discussion or acknowledgement of microaggressions. Anything could qualify as one so they're not worth thinking about

None - microaggressions are made up. Sometimes people are unintentionally or intentionally rude; learn how to handle these situations and you'll do far better than complaining about any perceived slights
