The Beavers need to remove themselves from the company and actually hire a competent leadership team.

The 'leadership' team is literally a family and their subordinates, the 'family' uses the company as their personal piggy bank, and a way to feel superior.
If the company actually cared about employees, they would remove the Beavers from the company and actually put in an experience leadership team vs. all their college frat buddies.
No one really cares about how the company does as long as they can collect their paycheck. This is the most toxic environment because everyone is looking to jump ship.
