How employees describe working at CaptionCall

I absolutely love my job and until recently would have recommended this job to others but i scratch my head at decisions being made by Senior Leadership at our Company. We seem to be shrinking instead of growing and it seems senseless.

Zoom meetings...they are fun and informative

Dental and 401k are decent.

I am happiest knowing I am helping facilitate our mission.

  • Unlike other call centers , at caption call you work for the actual company. Everyone is very kind and your treated with respect. The pay is decent , it's an easy job and your helping hard of hearing clients..no typing hardly ever. If you ever need a day off it's easy to do with the employee trade board, you can trade your shift or just give it away with all the centers.
