How employees describe working at CaptionCall
I absolutely love my job and until recently would have recommended this job to others but i scratch my head at decisions being made by Senior Leadership at our Company. We seem to be shrinking instead of growing and it seems senseless.
Zoom meetings...they are fun and informative

What's the work from home policy like at CaptionCall?
There is no work from home not for captioning agents, mentors, or Team Leads
Working from home is currently not an option for Captioning Agents; however, I cannot speak for management positions within the company.

Why work for CaptionCall?
Unlike other call centers , at caption call you work for the actual company. Everyone is very kind and your treated with respect. The pay is decent , it's an easy job and your helping hard of hearing clients..no typing hardly ever. If you ever need a day off it's easy to do with the employee trade board, you can trade your shift or just give it away with all the centers.
