The morale of some employees has been decreasing since I first arrived to fort bliss in 2011. I have been shopping at AAFEES, Before the employees were quick and very helpful but lately I have found that they cannot be bothered, most never know where things are “since the store was remodeled” they wont look in the back or system for products unavailable at the shelves. In more than one occasion I’ve had employees ask me if I speak spanish because their English is not good enough. For me this isnt a problem because I am bilingual but not everyone is and I strongly believe that if an employee is not approached in another language they shouldnt bring it up.
