Fair pay values are not supported throughout the organization based on your directorste.
We are expected to work 40+ hours weekly with no additional compensation.

because i was only employed as part time temporary and that is the way they like to hire people and since i am older than 50 i think that is the way they liked it

Stop pinning staff against eachother
Coworkers need to improve their attitudes.
They are all short timers and don't really care
