The advice I was given on my first day was "keep your head down, don't make any suggestions for improvement." It's horrible there. My best advice would be to go work for a company where you are valued. Also, don't let anyone know if you have a disability, and don't speak up against the blatant religious bigotry there. If you're an atheist, general Christian, Muslim, Buddhist, or Jew, you'll be fine to spout off about your hatred for other faiths, since they value that there. Trust no one. Not one person there is your friend. Keep a log of literally EVERY interaction with your manager. Utah is a one-party consent state, so you can record everything. Do it. You'll need it. Send these logs and recordings to yourself in an off-site email account that you never log into at work. Proton mail is a good one. Good luck. You'll need it.
