Transparency provided into operations is the best I have seen compared to previous companies. Leadership is not afraid to say that they don't know something vs giving a non-answer. Leadership cares about employee well-being and follows through via actions that shows the care vs doing lip service.
The culture to be inclusive and making it part of the company tag line i.e. Know Everything. Do Anything. Include Everyone! During COVID, picking a random employee-nominated charity every week to donate money that we would have otherwise used for entertainment shows how the company cares about ppl.
