Our Leadership is transparent, collaborative, communicative, approachable, and an absolute blast to partner with.

Their cohesion, frequent communication to the broader team, and ability to listen, receive feedback, process, synthesize and execute on goals.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Our commitment to DEI is encouraging. We have a massive opportunity in front of us as a society and I love that we address it as a company.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Everyone is willing to jump in whenver/wherever needed, regardless of bandwidth constraints. I don't think I've ever heard, "that's not my job," which is pretty remarkable. Instead, it's "What can I do to help or support you or this project?"

What did you like most about the interview process?

My interview experience was surreal - the stories you hear about, but don't necessarily believe. The chemistry, the conversation, shared values - I knew immediately this was the place was me. After an initial call followed by 45 minutes onsite, I had a verbal.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

My role as a whole is grossly underpaid around the globe. If anything my CEO is beginning to understand this, has delivered on the base side, but we have a ways to go in terms of equity due to existing compensation bands and archaic thinking.

What makes you most happy at work?

The people. It's a fierce job market, with shiny companies dangling carrots, and I frequently find myself declining as I truly enjoy the people and our collective team at 6sense. My manager is extremely supportive of my training and development - combined with a solid culture, it's a winning formula.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Our culture is the best I've been a part of in my professional journey. It continues to evolve as we grow, though people remain connected, engaged, curious, and jump in to lend a hand across orgs to ensure desired outcomes are achieved. We work hard and have a lot of laughs.
