The most positive aspect of the company culture is the encouragement of growth. I can tell the company wants us to grow within our role and advocates for us to be curious and learn more about other roles/departments.

The times I feel undervalued are when I receive feedback/criticism for certain actions that are out of my control or are the responsibility of another employee. I think one thing that would help this is to ask for context or assume that team members have the best intent and mistakes happen.
