Acosta is a sales and marketing company with a primary focus in retail. Highlight your retail experiences. Are you a fantastic merchandiser? Can you complete resets like a pro? Are you a quick counter who can accurately complete audits? The recruiters want to hear stuff like that. They also like strong leadership skills and people who are self starters, since most of the company's work is done through remote workers. Also, if you've ever been in retail management, even if you were a shift leader at McDonald's 10 years ago, throw it out there. Most of the people I've worked with are former retail supervisors.
