
I work with a lot of smart and passionate software engineers. People are truly committed to awesome in engineering.
My only real complaint about benefits is the lack of 401k matching. Having been at Acquia a while, I can see the impact in my retirement savings.
Acquia needs to improve its overall approach to interviewing software engineers. The result is some engineers titles are over/under-inflated and this isn't realized until later. We do a good job with culture fit, though, so they're all great people and it tends to work out in the end.
