  • Time off policy is unlimited. Of course you have to check with your manager and make sure your work is covered, but people do take time off and its supported.

  • Flexible and unlimited PTO. Take the time you need but check with your manager to get approval and coordinate with others on your team.

  • The culture isn’t perfect but it’s a million times better than anywhere else I’ve worked. Go improve it I think there could just be clearer expectations set but upper management.

  • Support is a great place to start within addepar. Many people have moved onto other teams from starting on support. Also one can grow within support in different ways. I think at times the problem is people come into support thinking it is a starting place and want to move on right away, and get frustrated when it takes a year or so on support before you move on to another team. But those that embrace support are happy there and then when the right opportu It’s olens up on another team they are ready.
