In general I enjoy my job and the opportunities it provides. But this is not the same company as when I started. I sometimes wonder if we still have our eye on the ball. It seems the leadership team has a clear goal but the team they lead may not know what that goal is. WE NEED A CALL TO ACTION!

Pay structure decreased in percentage and the workload increased. How does that even keep up with the rate of inflation? Also national average diesel cost for a consumer is $4 per gallon. We've been asked to quote fuel from $4.50 to $6 a gallon. There's a markup for fuel, but we dont get paid on it

I dont feel like I have co workers anymore working from behind a computer screen. One of my favorite parts of the job use to be going to the office and talking with the ops team and the movers. I no longer am able to do that, and feel like Im not part of their team.
