Company pushes to us to make shoes like a sweatshop. Overall employee moral has been at a all time low.
Sweat shop, long hours, low pay no worker appreciation
Quality. It has declined steadily over 10 years. Just bought a pair that will require $200 in repairs after 3 weeks wear. Service is also awful: my complaints to AE were not handled well.
I realize that COVID has created havoc for all industries and I am assuming the shoe industry is no different. However, I have only worn Allen Edmonds for the past 23 yrs, but now I cannot get the size and width of the styles that I like. I like the Wilburt shoe but only comes in Size 5 EEE
The quality of the product when measured against the cost represents a good value. I also grade them high because they produce their product in the US.
