What do you like best about the leadership team?
Nothing they only give us lip service but nothing ever changes
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
All they care about is numbers. They think there is no excuse to anyone feeling tired, drained, or exhausted. All that matters is numbers.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay is low compared to other places, working conditions very poor place is filthy, bathrooms are a mess all management cares about is cost per hour with little regard as to how they achieve it.
Company pushes to us to make shoes like a sweatshop. Overall employee moral has been at a all time low.

Being able to Believe what management tells us would help greatly
Coworkers are very hard working, friendly, and family oriented. Company pushes us so that we cant connect with each other as we have in past

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Management caring about the employees
We work 10 hour shifts. We have 1 paid 15 minute break and unpaid 30 minute break. Extra 15 break would really help get through the day.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They talk a good game but little truth

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
A quality paced line were people can focus on doing ever pair of shoes right instead of trying to keep up with ridiculous pace.
