Managers could stop showing favoritism. The managers will often send on the clock employees to get food for the manager. They're told they don't have to clock out. The managers tend to treat certain employees better who share the same political views.
I feel undervalued because most of the employees are left by themselves when on a shift with managers and other employees who are best friends. There is also a huge responsibility issue. When a customer requests a manager, the manager will do anything to not deal with it.
