
American Express is a large organization with many teams and BUs moving in a multitude of directions. My assessment of the CEO is that Amex is profitable and maintaining headcount, which is good.
I think we need new ceo. he has been there along while and has done well but might be time for him to retire
To my knowledge, most employees are very appreciative of the CEO and how well AMEX takes care of its employees.
Too soon to tell. New appointment. Seems to have a handle on it, but time will tell.
