Care - that is the company's culture and they really do cultivate it it throughout all facets of the company

Clear direction, open communication, willing to roll-up their sleeves and do what it takes to win business and help clients achieve their goals
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company culture of "care" is truly felt as an employee. We have weekly coffee break meetings with the whole company where we don't talk ab out work and we share funny or interesting personal stories with eachother. It's a great way to get to know your coworkers outside of just "work"
