It's been a positive experience working with both colleagues and leadership that value my opinion and encourage me in my work. I think the leadership team isn't always on the same page which makes things challenging sometimes, but they truly care and that's why I plan to be here long-term.

People here generally like each other and seem to enjoy what they do, working together, and our clients. It is a positive, supportive place with people who really care.

In my negotiations I was told the salary I was offered was at the top if not over the salary band, only to find out that I'm actually in the low-mid end of the range. I meet nearly all the criteria for not only the maximum salary, but likely a more senior position, so that was very disappointing.
