Lots of manplaining occurs in this company. Being told you are not looking at something correctly and you having to prove you have before being believed / listened to.
Holding all people accountable. If you are a producer in mid managed, you seem to be held it a different standard and not required to treat people equally, with respect, etc.
Because other people were paid less, if you are at a certain level, you will not receive an increase because the company has to pay to right size the underpaid. With inflation this year and no increase, what I am making is less than the last year.
