Very happy with the company, the people, the quality of work etc. The only seemingly negative feedback was the lack of career path - people do get promoted but it's not clear how or what the next step is in anyone's' path within the departments or even cross-department. Other than that, no complaint

It's been a wonderful few years - I can work hard but also have the flexibility I need to handle personal/family life. The team is very supportive and focused on working together.

We have successfully been able to work together while making friends with each other seamlessly despite multiple locations and time zones

I believe its comparable in market, and we can earn merit increases with yearly reviews as well as bonuses during the year

The management team is really focused on positive, inclusive culture and has been able to maintain that even as we have been remote
