It's a collaborative company that understands the value of its employees. The company makes it a priority that each employee is given the tools to succeed. They also make it a place people enjoy coming to each day, with casual attire, free drinks/snacks and plenty of comradery.
It's been unique due to Covid, but the company has responded well and leadership has done an outstanding job making sure everyone feels safe and supported. The company continues to do well and grow, which is exciting and encouraging.
I very much enjoy working for the company and believe in what the company does in terms of helping people better their lives through education. The company has a lot of great talent and Archer has a bright future.
The availability of very solid health insurance.
Having very affordable insurance options to choose from.
Very affordable healthcare, along with many plan options.
Their genuine care for each employee of the company.
We have incredibly affordable insurance.
Having success with my clients/accounts.
Being able to work on projects that lead to successful outcomes.
Everyone's willingness to jump in and help out. No one has the attitude of "that's not my job".
The perks provided to us to keep us energized (snacks, drinks) and connected with other coworkers (happy hours).
Their willingness to make sure all of their employees are supported and have all the tools necessary to be successful.
Their willingness to jump in and assist as needed. The positive vibes they put out. The personal interactions/friendships that have developed.
Being around people that care about your success and not afraid to stop what they're doing to lend a helping hand.
Their commitment to making sure each employee knows they are valued, along with each employee having the tools to remain physically and mentally well.
There are lots of things I could list, but tops for me is the genuine desire from leadership to see each of Archer's employees succeed.
The culture and environment allows everyone to be themselves. Our office is full of a bunch of stiffs, which makes it much more enjoyable coming to work each day.
We not only have a relaxed environment that allows us to have some fun, but there's a lot of teamwork and collaboration that gives you that "all-hands-on-deck" feeling if anyone is needed help.
The willingness of everyone to be generous with their time to help others on the team. The supportive and friendly environment. A manager who takes an interest in how you're doing on a personal level.
I think everyone understands they are fortunate to work at such a great company, and everyone seems like they want to pay it forward. The company sees this and makes a concerted effort to be supporters of various charities and organizations.
I know the saying is cheesy, but we work hard and play hard. The leadership team understands people work very hard and they do their best to show their appreciation, along with having fun activities to keep it fun and engaging.
I'm working with people I've known 15-20 years, people who I consider really good friends. It's awesome being able to work with people who know you professionally and personally, and care about your life outside of work. Plus, being around "immature" people makes it fun too.
