The people at Archer are the best. Not only are the people that work at Archer some of the nicest people anyone could ever meet, but they are also very knowledgable. Our leadership is very transparent and provides us with a great culture.

This is another one that I don't know how to answer. I love what I do. I love the communication that the executive team shares. It's hard to find an organization that treats someone like a person instead of a number. Archer treats everyone like a person. The whole company is fantastic.

Positivity at Archer starts at the top and it goes all throughout the organization. I have been with the company for over 3 years. There is an excitement that people get when they start a new job. For me, that excitement has never left. This is due to how Archer treats everyone.

What I like best about the leadership team is they are leaders. I can't think of a member of the leadership team that doesn't make themselves readily available to help. That's the whole thing, the leadership team helps. I have never once felt like I have a boss at Archer. We have leaders!

It's hard to say what the best part of the compensation package is. We have really good benefits. If I had to choose, I guess I would say health insurance. That is only because in the times we live in our health insurance is really good. All of our benefits are top-notch though.

Leadership within Archer cares about every single employee. It is a lead by example organization. With previous employers, I have felt reluctant to ask questions or get help because I knew more than those in a position above me. At Archer, management knows a lot and will step in and do work as well.

The whole company has great people. I'm on the Agency Services side so I get to work with a few different departments. The account managers I work with are fantastic, but our Agency Services team is top notch and I think a lot of the credit for that should rest on the shoulders of Josh and Erik.

I'm starting my 5th year with the company. I still have that drive and passion that I had on day one. I love this company. It's by far the best place I have ever called home. I like how I can make decisions on what I feel can support my clients the best and the leadership team supports me with that.
