I love the company vision and every time I see the exec team present on what we're doing, it's energizing. I like the detail of the All Hands meetings, and I feel we're in very good hands with the technology direction we are going in.

My team, and cross functional teams are always team players and always seem to want to do the right thing. We work hard, and I see everyone always supports each other. It's not often you get good cross functional team members, but we have it at Arista!
