Very positive and i am very challenged at work whoch is good because i perform the best when im challenged. Coworkers/team are great and supportive and I cannot wait to see what i can do for Arista in 2025. I am getting used to the pace and liking the direction its going where I am getting involved!

Although i am new and it is taking a bit to get further involved, I think the pace is picking up and i appreciate that this was the parhway and thought process (overall culture) of the company so that when i am more involved I will represent them to the best if my ability!
