They need to understand the inner workings of the company and how their actions are causing us to loose great people.
C-suite needs to change their attitudes towards employees and trust them to make the right decisions. Hold people accountable for their actions.
Aspen has a great group of employees who need to be appreciated. If there was a little more give there would be a lot more bang for the buck!
I feel the company does not reward adequately. promotion raises are ridiculously low and they will try to get the most out of you for the least dollars. Reward the employees because without them there would be no AspenTech!
