The Community Business Director doesn't know what she's doing. She has no backbone, no support and does not follow through. Several vendors complained about non payment for their services.
Corporate HR rep should respond to emails and return phone calls, which she never did. RVP doesn't follow through with her promises, she's a liar. Even the residents complain that she is unreliable and doesn't follow up with their complaints.
Interview process was several years ago and was with local management. They were great. The HR rep for community is NOT professional, she NEVER responded to my complaints of new management. Evidently, no support. It's obvious, ATRIA does NOT follow their mission, THEY DON'T CARE!
Corporate HR is supposed to be available to support employees and the HR rep assigned to our community is worthless. She never returned my calls or emails with complaints I had about management. Clearly Atria does NOT stand by their loyal employees. So sad, at one time Atria was a good company.
