
I did not even have an interview, so maybe start by having interviews with future employees to ensure the bad ones fall through.
The leadership team needs to get better at communicating effectively. They also need to improve on treating employees respectfully and taking harassment charges seriously.
My coworkers need to work better at communicating and working as a team. Helping out other coworkers is important and they do not do that.
I feel undervalued because I do a lot to help make the company better and get no "thank you." The management also doesn't listen to the employees concerns when they are voiced. I would feel better if I got a raise.
