I am a Bambooligan for life. I am appreciated here and I continually become a better person and better professional. I feel appreciated daily and am so grateful to be a part of what Bamboo is doing and of the great place to work that it is.

I love working here. I'm valued, challenged, appreciated etc. I work with amazing people and get to be a part of an amazing mission and vision. I can try, I can fail, and I can try again, and still be viewed as a strong contributor. I am trusted to do great work and given resources to do so.

That's a hard question to answer because there are so many things. I guess I would say the authenticity. People at Bamboo are very genuine and real.

The people that I work with. I love being around the people that I work with. Some of my coworkers have become some of my best friends.

In interviewing we're not trying to trip people up or trick them. Interviewers just want to have a genuine conversation with candidates and genuinely get to know them and their experience better.

The work that I do, the company I do it for and the people that I work with. Each is exceptional. I am very lucky to work where I'm at. I never want to leave.

The people I get to work with plus the satisfaction I feel in my work. I feel like I'm doing great things and that the things I do matter, are important and that I'm valued.

It's not about the money to them. It's about making BambooHR a great place to work and about setting people free to do great work through our product. They live the company values and encourage others to do the same.

People are encouraged to do their best and are challenged, and are given the support that they need to succeed, but are also given room to grow and stretch and fail and try again. Everyone makes their time count and assumes the best.

My favorite thing about the benefits is the reasoning behind them and the way that the company thinks about benefits. When our HR team considers benefits, they consider what things will make the biggest, long-term difference for employees rather than just give short term satisfaction.

They are primarily focused on preserving the culture at Bamboo. People come first and Bamboo being a great place to work is their first priority. They live the values themselves and are incredibly approachable and willing to be open and to help whenever it is needed.

The leadership team is exceptional in the way that they grow and develop employees. They care and are involved, but also give employees room to grow and create and develop. They're not prescriptive. We strive to have open and constant communication between team members and management.

They're exceptional. They all work hard and are willing to help out when needed. I feel extremely appreciated and valued by them. I feel like I can be my complete and genuine self around them which is a great feeling. They are some of my best friends now.

I highly value authenticity so the genuineness of the company is a huge positive for me. I love that Bamboo HR is an authentic company and place where people can come as they are and be their true selves, and be comfortable making mistakes and continuing to grow.
