I don't really know much about my compensation package working the hours and doing my job is what's more important to me at the moment
It was very friendly we talked about my experiences. What I like most about being a server. And the fact that I was promised eight hours or at least 75 days a week.
The people I work with on the floor or nice the cooks though can be quite nasty. But overall whenever I am working I enjoy it. The problem is never knowing how many hours I'm going to be working
Who's ever put in charge of being the leader are usually nice people but they seem to get whatever hours they want when other people get cut. Manager is hardly ever around and everyone else is there to do the job
When your sales are low you send people home. The people that came in for a full-time position that actually had responsibilities need to know they have a job. Is the reason why we don't get the hours because of sales is so a manager gets a bonus? Keeping employment low?
Everyone I work with is very friendly the cooks are so so. My issue is I went in for a job was promised a full-time position but yet cut me whenever they decide. So it's not like I feel that secure in this company. When you make your workers happy they make their customers happy. It shows
