The recruiting process is a bit long but provides a good opportunity to speak with members of the team to get to know what it would be like to work at BlueRock and also hear more about the role.

I really liked the questions I was asked. They evaluated candidates' skills carefully. I think it would be better if the company can set a panel interview for a 2-3hours in a row with all interviewers, instead of 4 interviews on different days and times. Thanks again for the opportunity. Sahar

The entire process was well structured and the recruiter asked for candidate's availability as well instead of just providing the panel interview schedule.
