Honestly, it's hard to believe I get paid to work here... and paid well! I feel like the salaries offered here are amazing and the health/retirement benefits are some of the best I've ever had.

It's a very relaxed and fun environment while still keeping a quietly understood level of "professionalism" ... it's so cool coming to work everyday and being surrounded by people who are happy to be here.

At first the video interview felt really weird and awkward, but it really allowed me to show them I was more than a resume :) I think the initial video interview is a super cool idea and I hope more companies pick it up.

I literally can't think of one thing that is not awesome about my team. Boost really puts a lot of work into finding and hiring the right people not only for the job, but also for the company. Everything here is so cohesive

They all have very different personalities yet work together so incredibly well. They each are extremely talented and are at the top of their game. Not only do they handle business well, they also genuinely care about the employees and it really shows through how well this company runs.

Everyone is always so happy just to be here! And... there is absolutely ZERO micromanaging!! It's amazing the amount and quality of work that gets done when people are given accountability to do their work at their own speed on their own level. Which also leads to huge progress in career development
