Divisions may differ. My process was a one-day site visit comprised of 7 45-minute interviews, each with a different person or group of people, ranging from managers to individual engineers. The interview focused almost entirely on technical knowledge and experience. Lunch was provided (as the entire process took about 6 hours).

Decent but not great health insurance. OK 401k match. Good ESPP. Some small perks, but most of the compensation is in the bonus / RSU realm, not extra benefits.
