
The teams I've worked with are very collaborative and eager to assist each other when needed.
As a remote company we have employees from all over, so I do think we have a melting pot of ideas, opinions, work styles, and experience. Instead of pitting our differences against each other it feels like we look for ways to leverage our differences to our advantage.
I appreciate how much leadership cares about our health and wellness. I believe my manager wants to see me succeed, and he encourages me to use my vacation hours when needed. Nobody can prevent burnout but I believe leadership cares about helping when we get to that point.
